Sex is Mysterious

I have always found defining ‘what is sex’ to be extremely difficult.

As a sex educator, I am expected to answer questions about it: Why do people have sex? Why are adults so uncomfortable talking about it? When is it okay to start having sex?

Sex is powerful and mysterious and I am profoundly grateful to spend my time exploring how sex shapes individuals, communities, and the living earth.
